b)    ( to show that one is in love (with) by always being with, kissing, etc )

No love lost between  ( no friendship between ):          

Use:-    There's no love lost between those two.

Not for love or/nor money  ( not by any means ):       

Use:-    You can't get that book for love or money; it's completely sold out.

On the loose   ( free, esp. having escaped from prison )     

One's lord and master  ( old use or humor a man who must be obeyed ):

Use:-    Our lords and masters have changed the schedule yet again!
